Things to Keep in Mind for Your Dumpster Rental
- You must have room for your dumpster on your property, especially when ordering multiple containers
- Dumpsters can only be kept on paved surfaces, such as concrete or asphalt
- If you are keeping your dumpster in your driveway, ensure that it remains accessible before delivery and pickup
- We will not automatically come to retrieve a dumpster at the end of the rental period, pickups must be requested
Baltimore Dumpster Rental’s delivery service operates on a daily schedule that is based on the previous day’s orders. Sometimes we will be able to get a customer’s dumpster out to them the day after they order. Other times, it will have to wait until the following business day based on the volume of orders received.
In either case, we will give you a firm delivery date once you order so you aren’t left guessing at when you might see your dumpster come rolling down the street. And while we can guarantee a delivery date, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time. Our drivers are not allowed to use the phone while driving their trucks, so we can’t provide updates on where they are headed. However, if you call on the day of your delivery we can check their schedule and provide a rough estimate of when they’ll be at your location. Also, be sure that you do not fill the waste container more than 2/3rds full. We can legally dispose of only 10 cubic yards of heavy materials in the Baltimore area, per dumpster.
